Teledata Technology Solutions Limited (TTSL) was incorporated in the year 2006. The company was created from the Technology Division of Teledata Informatics Ltd, a listed company through the process of demerger/composite scheme of arrangement. The Equity Shares of Teledata Technology Solutions Limited are listed in the National Stock Exchange of India and Bombay Stock Exchange.

TTSL's India operations supports the global operations through its development facility located in the Teledata Tower in Chennai, India. Teledata Tower is an ISO 9000 and CMMi 5 certified development facility through Teleata Informatics, Ltd. Additionally, TTSL's subsidiary company Soltius, India, is certified as a CMMi level 4 organization.

TTSL's development facilities in the Teledata Tower is maintanied as a software development and support Center of Excellence.
