Maars Systems, Inc. and Daan Consulting, Inc.
These organizations historically provided
TTS with the necessary SAP and SAP-B1 capabilities
to drive our SAP-driven enterprise solutions

In February 2008, TTS acquired Abaris Inc.,
an Oracle Certified Advantage Partner and
recognized leader in Oracle Applications and
Technology Consulting. The Integration of
Abaris into TTS has enhanced our capability

TTS also possesses a lack-belt team of CRM
consultants housed within a strong CRM technology
practice. TTS is a gold partner for Amdocs
CRM solutions, making us a leading global
Amdocs Systems Integrator.
In 2008/09 TTS embarked on growing its off-site
competencies and focused on the growth of
a CRM Solutions team. We now have approximately
50 professionals split evenly between our
offices in Walnut Creek, CA, and Chennai,
India. We are now expanding the capabilities
of our Oracle and SAP delivery arms in a similar
fashion.

Hosting
Services
As part of our preparatory moves to support
the TTS Expansion Program, we acquired a unit
of Logica's (a global systems integration
company) North American business operation.
This unit provided us with two key components;
a new, successful presence in the Detroit
area for IT Consulting Services and secondly,
a robust hosting center in Southfield, Michigan.
This facility, coupled with our operation
in Virginia, forms a sound platform to launch
a hosting sales program specifically, as well
as supporting the evolution of our Vertical
Industry Solutions business plans to provide
SaaS and Hosted offerings to their market
sectors.
Our hosting and network security services
are managed by a highly trained team of skilled
systems engineers and administrators with
expertise in various operating systems, Web/Application
Servers, Database Systems, and Virtualization,
Storage, Networking and Security Disciplines.
Service offerings include, Infrastructure
consulting, planning and implementation, hardware
and software deployment, installation, configuration,
administration, maintenance, upgrades, application
server configuration and administration, help
desk (24x7) support, systems and application
monitoring, online reporting of server metrics,
web traffic data, and bandwidth usage via
"Customer Portal", data backup and
restoration services with off-site media vaulting
and disaster recovery planning and setup.

Solutions
TTS has already launched two Vertical Solutions
Businesses focused on the Energy and Utility
(E&U) and Education Market Sectors of
North America. These businesses exploit
TTS' core competencies in consulting, hosting,
and delivering enterprise solutions to penetrate
vertical markets.
These business units have two main aims:
- To provide high value industry solutions
that are product and IP based to the "sharp
end" of the energy and utility market
sectors
- To provide leadership and a channel
to market for TTS's wider technology and
business solutions
TTS has incubated a Energy and Utilities
practice since 2008. This is the seed of
the Company’s Industry Solutions initiative
and the initiative has matured into a E&U
solutions practice over the past two years.
TTS recently entered into an agreement to
acquire Pinnacle
call Center Solutions, a company specializing
providing technology-driven solutions for
the US E&U industry; the Pinnacle team offers
solutions for optimizing the productivity
of a utility customer contact center and
brings with it a Contact Intelligence Solution,
Call Logic. This industry solution is a
combination of software product technology,
subject matter expertise and expert IT operations.
In addition to Call Logic, this business
unit provides a specific, highly efficient
add on application for the optimal handling
of Customer Billing Complaints Calls within
the utility call center. It uses industry
benchmark data as well as on line data analysis
tools to allow a call center representative
to handle the most difficult of utility
calls at much higher levels of efficiency
and customer satisfaction than those general
supported by generic call center solutions.
