Anush Ramachandran, Ph.D.
CEO
Anush received his MS and Ph.D.
in Nuclear Engineering from Columbia
University, USA. Anush has over
a decade of consulting experience
in the nuclear power industry
and last worked at a senior technical
role in the New York Power Authority
prior to joining the Teledata
Group.
He has been the technology leader
in the organization, responsible
for much of the company's products.
He was primarily responsible for
the development of the company's
IP in the education vertical -
specifically, he has architected
the education products. Anush
has also spearheaded the company's
expansion over the past 5 years
in the US on the IT services front.
As one of the pioneers in on-site
off-shore development of software
solutions, Anush has been at the
forefront of acquiring several
consulting outfits into the TTS
fold. Anush has been largely responsible
for establishing our corporate
facilities in the US and continues
to provide thought leadership
for the organization.

David C Price
President, TTS and President, E&U Solutions
David Price is the leader of the
TTS Industry Solutions Business.
He is responsible for the overarching
vision, strategy and business
direction for TTS as a whole.
He has nearly twenty years of
experience in leading teams and
organizations in delivering large
scale business solutions to over
thirty energy companies in the
Americas and Europe. In this time,
he has worked as a leader both
inside the industry and as a solutions
provider. He has been at the forefront
of business solutions development
in utility operations, customer
service and energy market operations.
This has ranged from developing
business units from the ground
up, through to the successful
acquisition and integration of
other companies.
A graduate of the Royal Military
College, Sandhurst, David combines
deep industry knowledge with vision
and leadership experience. |

Ravi G. Chandran
President, ASC
Ravi has over 25 years of varied
experience in business development,
R&D, Engineering, Finance and
Operations. Ravi’s domain expertise
is in semi-conductor equipment
(design, manufacturing and sales),

and sales), software and services
industries (operations and finance).

Rakhee B. Das
President, Education Solutions
Rakhee currently leads the Industry
Solutions Business Unit activities
in the Education Market Sector.
She is responsible for the business
units strategy, product
development and customer delivery
processes within this sector.
Rakhee started her career in chip
design, and later moved to doing
valuations and determining market
potential of startups in the health
care and IT industries. Her strengths
lie in her ability to quickly
understand new markets and develop
business strategies. Rakhee has
an undergraduate degree in Electrical
Engineering and a MBA. |

Venk
Gopal
Chief Technical Officer
As Senior Vice President and CTO,
Venk represents the Teledata group
of companies in coordinating the
launch of several new business
units through solution convergence
and acquisitions. Venk is also
directly responsible for our Sentinel
technology. Venk was one of the
key members in the consolidation
and launch of the Teledata Technology
Solutions.
Venk has over 20 years of experience
in building and launching complex
systems integration solutions
with a primary focus in Energy
and Utilities. In the recent past,
Venk was responsible for Systems
Integration and Enterprise solutions
at Logica North Americas
Energy and Utilities division.
Venk has a long and successful
history in systems and software
lines of business at Hewlett Packard,
MIT, Ford Motors and Digital Equipment
Corporation, Datacorp, building
products and solutions for Automotive,
Chemicals, Defense and Banking
sectors. Venk holds engineering
degree in Electronics & Telecommunications.

Dean Ratliff
Vice President, , E&U Customer Care
Solutions
Dean is the Executive Vice President
of Pinnacle Solutions and brings
with him nearly 20 years of experience
in the utility industry and 10
years of running customer care
operations. Dean has an extensive
knowledge of the people, process,
and technologies that make up
todays complex customer
care operations, a deep understanding
of the regulatory environment.
Dean is a results-oriented professional
with a focused expertise in project
management, customer care operations,
customer care consolidation &
integration, and development &
implementation of CRM applications
within the utility and call center
industries. Dean has led numerous
business improvement initiatives
designed to ensure that the best
fit solutions are integrated
into utility businesses with the
highest ROIs and shortest cycle

Ravi Sharma
Financial Controller
Ravi Sharma is the Financial Controller
for TTS group operations in the
US. Ravi has a B.S. in Accounting
and Finance and started his career
with Vodafone Australia before
relocating to US, when he joined
MCI Worldcom as a staff accountant.
In September of 2000 Ravi joined
Alphasoft Services Corporation
as a staff accountant and worked
closely with the controller and
CFO. Ravi was instrumental in
the process of implementing TTS’
Oracle accounting system. Ravi
has grown through the ranks of
ASC/TTS, promoted as the Asst.
Financial Controller and then
to Financial Controller. He has
over 10 years of professional
financial management experience
including financial reporting,
operational and general accounting.
A team player that can solve complex
issues so that timely business
decisions can be made as well
as communicated to upper management
to achieve favorable financial

Kislay Kumar
Head of CRM Solutions
Kislay heads the CRM solutions
business within TTS and has more
than 8 years of experience working
within the CRM domain with AmdocClarify/Siebel/Oracle
suite of products. Kislay leads
from the very beginning in user
requirements gathering, resource
and feature analysis, functional
specification and use case development,
besides managing the entire system
testing and rollout. Prior to
TTS he worked as a Senior Consultant,
with Mercury data Systems and
Shivalik reclamation in the Systems
Audit and Financial Information
Technology groups. His industry
experience includes financial

Krista Sheldon
Director, HR
Krista Sheldon joined Teledata
Technology Solutions (TTS) in
2000 and worked in the Corporate
Services department overseeing
all operational aspects for TTS.
Krista then joined the Human Resources
department in 2003 and began serving
as HR Manager in 2006. As HR Manager,
Krista guides and manages the
overall provision of HR services,
policies, and programs for the
entire company. She oversees all
areas of HR including Benefits,
Employee Relations, Organizational
Development, Recruitment, Compliance
and Performance Management. Prior
to joining TTS, Krista attended
St. Mary’s College of California
where she received a Bachelor
of Science degree in Business
Administration with a minor in
