TTS was created in 2006 from the technology division of its incubating company, Teledata Informatics through a demerger (spin-off) arrangement. The company has grown through a combination of organic efforts and acquisitions over the past five years. Having gained technical knowledge and skills is specific domains, TTS is positioned to establish itself as a leader in delivering relevant and current IT solutions. A brief timeline is shown below:

2004-2006 The Teledata Group entered the conventional IT services business in the post-dot com era through the acquisition of companies across multiple geographic regions. Bitech International, Dubai, was the first of several acquisitions in 2004. This dubai-based entity was used as the acquisition vehicle of numerous companies in the US. Transworld Information Systems and its subsidiary company Maars Systems, Inc. were the foundations of the company's US-based IT services business. This grew in 2006 through the acquisition of Alphasoft Service Corporation and its subsidiaries.
Q1 2007 TTS acquired a successful Hosting Services Operation from LogicaCMG, providing the baseline backbone for its planned SaaS and Vertical Industry Solutions Strategies. Acquisition of the Hogan Group provided the mid-west footprint for the company in 2007.
Q4 2007 TTS acquired Abaris, Inc., a Southern California boutique specialized in the delivery of Oracle project solutions.
TTS launched Vertical Industry business development initiatives (led by a seasoned and experienced executive team) initially focused on the Energy and Utility Market Sector. This involved the acquisition of Pinnacle, a small solutions business, coupled with organic product development projects aimed at specific business solution areas of high growth.
2008 TTS' Industry Solutions launched a specific initiative for the US Education Market Sector, aimed at expanding and growing a Solutions Business for K-12 School Operations. TTS re-organized its acquisitions into a set of logical business units, stream lined operation, positioned itself for better visibility and oversight of the business, and prepared itself for adding new businesses contemplated in this Expansion Program.
2007 - 08 TTS rebranded itself over an eighteen month period from the middle of 2007 to the end of 2008. The majority of the company's business which deals with end-clients was rebranded as TTS and the smaller staffing enterprise dealing with gate keepers and other middle-agencies were rebranded under Alphasoft Services Corporation. The last of the acquired entities which is yet to be integrated (scheduled for Sept-Dec of 2009) is Abaris, Inc. Before the end of the current financial year, Abaris will also be fully integrated into TTS and TTS will be a single market facing entity for all of its IT services and solutions offerings.
